Champions League Final: Man of the Match: Di Maria

Angel Di Maria: "It's good to win at the Estadio da Luz" 
The former player of Sport Lisboa e Benfica and now at Real Madrid CF Di Maria, was named "Man of the Match" and, upon receiving the award, recognized winning in the Estadio da Luz is special. 
"The truth is it's good to win here at the Estadio da Luz. The stadium is beautiful and I am very happy. I knew it would be fantastic", he said. 
Real Madrid won 4-1 in overtime.

Champions League: Real Madrid 4 - 1 Atlético Madrid

First goal of the game was made by Diego Godin of Atletico de Madrid after Casillas had a bad left from the goal. The goal that save Real Madrid from losing was made by Sergio Ramos at minute 90+3 of the game. 
In extra time, with Atlético Madrid's team tired and injured, Real Madrid could easily go up to the Atletico's defense. Di Maria, the man of the match, went to the left side and tried to finish but Curtois saved but the ball left to Gareth Bale who made the 2-1 to Real Madrid. With Atletico's team completed finished the brasilian Marcelo went through the middle of the Atletico's defense and made his goal even with Curtois effort. Last but not least a fault was done on Cristiano Ronaldo and himself strike the penalty and the final 4-1 to Real Madrid.

World Cup Brazil: Portuguese 23-man final squad

Of the three big clubs (Sport Lisboa e Benfica, Futebol Clube do Porto, Sporting Clube de Portugal) in Portugal , the club of the Invicta, Futebol Clube do Porto, is the one which is represented by only one player, with Silvestre Varela this, unlike the two international of Benfica and Sporting.

From the provisional 30-man squad, FC Porto could put two players, Varela and Quaresma, but Paulo Bento has cut the name of Quaresma from the final 23-man squad who will participate in the world soccer championship.

In the last call, for Mundial2010, Porto managed to put four players, three of them remain in the current list, but now representing other clubs: Beto, Bruno Alves and Raul Meireles. Rolando ( Inter ), which at the time represented the blue and white colors, was also part of the final squad but, this time, was one of seven names cut.

Benfica, with André Almeida and Ruben Amorim, and Sporting, with Rui Patricio and William Carvalho, both will be represented by two players. SC Braga is the Portuguese club most represented in the final 23-man squad, with Eduardo, Rafa and Éder.

Portugal are in Group G with Germany, Ghana and the United States.

Real Madrid is a nursery

Many players with physical problems: Cristiano Ronaldo, Pepe and Di Maria. Cr7 only played 8 minutes against Real Valladolid.

Real Madrid lost more two points against Real Valladolid. Ronaldo only played 10 minutes and left with problems in his legs.
